As an musician based out of the Midwest Jason Barrows has been working to help produce/arrange other artists for years. Over the past 3 years he has begun a career as a independent singer-songwriter self releasing his albums and making them available for free to listeners. Working with artists such as Josh Garrels, United Pursuit and Loud Harp has given Islands of My Soul his debut record a home amongst his independent peers of faith based alternative music.

Making albums and being an independent artist is something that requires resources such as studio equipment, publishing and touring cost with no label to back financially.
